Processing & Shipping: 

Due to limited processing time, pre-orders open every Tuesday and close once products are sold out. Cookies are baked fresh and are shipped on the following Tuesday after order placement. 1-2 day shipping is always selected to ensure customers receive their orders as quickly as possible. We work very intentionally to package all orders securely. However, mishaps can happen once packages leave our location. Von Louj is not responsible for mishandling by 3rd party shipping companies. No refunds will be granted for late or broken cookies. 

ALLERGY: All cookies are made in the same kitchen as wheat, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts.

Cookies are individually wrapped and triple sealed (heat, adhesive, & sticker). Due to heat sealing, certain heat-sensitive toppings may stick to the packaging. This does not affect the quality or taste of the product.
